Pulley options

I'm looking to buy a TVS900 kit that works with an ATI Super Damper, and am looking for more information on the pulley sizes. The default kit says 105 mm Crank pulley and 65 mm Supercharger pulley. But the options for ATI Super Damper pulleys are 130 mm, 150 mm, and 165 mm.

What should I go with for ~10-12 PSI?
Can I go bigger and still pass CARB?

I've got a 1997 by the way.

Hi Phillip, I am sorry but I just saw this. I was not getting notifications regularly.

With the ATI pulley, we use a 150mm carnk pulley and then change the supercharger pulleys to get the desired boost. Just the opposite of the normal way. For example if you are running the MP62, the default is the 105/65 pulley ratio which is 105/65= 1.62 ratio That would be close to the 150/90 pulley setup with the ATI. 150/90 = 1.67.

The TVS900 uses the base 115/65 pulley ratio as it is 10% smaller displacement so it needs to spin 10% faster. 115/65 = 1.77. With the ATI it would be 150/85 to get the same ratio. 150/86 = 1.76.
