Installation of JR BTC or Split Second on 2 plug ECUs

How is the timing retard device (for us 2-pluggers) installed. Is it merely another loom to fit between the ECU and it's feeds?

(Is this detailed in the installation instructions - couldn't find it in the hotside document)

The SS timer has a serial port for map programming. Does the BTC have the same, or are all the maps already pre-programmed by JR?

It comes pre-wired to the PC-Pro harness. All you do is plug in the PC-Pro harness and all is done.
